# Investor capital silos · symbiotic stack

**Audience:** partners and LPs evaluating one product company
**Principle:** Raise and sell in silos. Teach the stack so risk and funnel quality are clear.

---

## Why silos

People who fund **lenders** may not fund **marketplace** or **budget OS** companies — and vice versa. We respect that:

| Company | Capital story |
|---------|----------------|
| **TrueTerm, Inc.** | Credit book, facilities, completion economics |
| **Wage30, Inc.** | Marketplace GMV, take-rate, trust / verification |
| **seedsOS, Inc.** | Software / OS retention and attach |
| KinLedger / SouRound | Secondary community SaaS |

Do not force a blended “fund everything” pitch on a specialist LP.

---

## What every investor should still understand

The three primary prongs are **multiplicative, not additive**:

1. **Better UW risk** — With seedsOS lifestyle truth and **Clearask** purpose, TrueTerm knows more about the customer than a typical lender relying on a blind score alone.
2. **Clearask × seedsOS** — Why they need the money; whether the hole is spending, **earning**, or both.
3. **Paid In Full Credit** — Finishing can leave an **asset** (XRP path) — pulls more people into getting their financial life in order and strengthens the funnel.
4. **Earning issue** — Livable wage target **$30+/hr** (lower–middle-class household benchmark; aligned with large-sample government wage data). Budgeting alone cannot fix a wage hole.
5. **Wage30** — Time, tools, talent → fair-priced services; money toward the worker; contractor + insurance / accounting partners; hedge as gig (~$25/hr) faces automation pressure.

## Wage30 origin (for that silo)

Gig work (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon-style driving) helped Americans get by. Automation/AI can displace or compress that floor. Sub-$20 QSR/call center is worse; ~$25 gig is still below livable. Wage30 is same/next-day local services (HVAC, plumbing, handyman, movers, lawn, pest, …) competing with slow, expensive multi-state corps — and a path to a small-business boom energy, not more disenfranchisement.
