Wage30, Inc. · seedsOS portfolio
Not one problem.
Three — at the same time.
Most Americans are not “bad at money.” They are stuck in a simultaneous crisis: a budget that does not balance, credit products that never end, and work that does not pay a livable wage. Pointing from the hill is easy. Financial intervention is harder — and necessary.

The real diagnosis
Everything else is a symptom
It is easy to sit high on the hill and point fingers at people who are “messing up.” The fundamental issue is they cannot fix it with one solution. They need a coordinated intervention — not another isolated app.
No lifestyle truth
They cannot see what life costs after trap payments and thin wages.
seedsOS Winter → seasons
See the truth; attach credit and income when the plan is real.
Trap credit / min-pay forever
Credit companies extract — not the customer’s best interest. Hard to budget against that.
TrueTerm + Paid In Full Credit
Fixed term ends; eligible payoff can return XRP as an asset on the balance sheet.
Non-livable wage / dead-end jobs
Greeter, cashier, QSR, delivery — gig-drive on sand as autonomy scales.
Wage30 market + pathways
Services marketplace, escrow, $30+ dignity work — this product.
How the three prongs work together
seedsOS Winter shows what the household can afford — and often that the hole is earning, not only spending. TrueTerm restructures trap debt (Clearask states why; Paid In Full Credit rewards finish). Wage30 turns time, tools, and talent into $30+ service work. The stack is multiplicative, not additive. Customer Benefit — it is in everything we do.
Investors: capital silos · symbiotic edge
We still raise Wage30, TrueTerm, and seedsOS as separate companies — marketplace capital, credit capital, and software capital often do not mix. What every investor should understand: knowing more about the customer improves UW risk; Clearask + seedsOS explain purpose; completion rewards grow the repair funnel; wage pathways fix holes budgeting alone cannot. One prong is a product. Three prongs change lives.
Why Wage30 Marketplace exists
Born from a story playing out in front of us
For the last decade, gig economy work helped Americans get by — Uber, DoorDash, Amazon-style delivery and logistics driving, and more. It was never a full middle-class ladder, but it was a ladder people could stand on.
Now we are close to a different chapter: automation and AI can displace those roles or push pay down as platforms compete with new tech. That would make a hard problem worse. Many gig workers already earn around ~$25/hr — better than a call center or fast-food shift at sub-$20, but not a livable wage for hard-working men and women. People feel disenfranchised: forced to work more for even less.
What gets done same / next day
HVAC · plumbing · handyman · movers · lawn care · pest control · and more. Multi-state corporations often book a week or two out, with high rates and limited flexibility. A skilled neighbor with tools can show up tomorrow — if the market exists.
Compete with the big boxes
Individuals and small businesses compete directly with large multi-state operators that have poor response times, high prices, and little flexibility for the customer. Wage30 is the rails for that competition — trust, escrow, and fair pay.
Automation timing is a strategic planning thesis — not a claim of a specific robot release date. Building only on gig-drive income is building on sand.
The three-pronged solution
Bring the best of humanity to pull people out of the worst of it
A financial intervention is not shame. It is a three-pronged solution — because the crisis is three-pronged: see the lifestyle clearly, exit trap credit, and earn in a market that values service — with communication, trust, and capital that match how life actually works.
Primary three prongs (every investor deck)
- Prong 1 · seedsOS — lifestyle & budget truth (Winter → seasons)
- Prong 2 · TrueTerm — credit designed to end (not min-pay traps)
- Prong 3 · Wage30 — $30+ pathways + services marketplace + escrow (this product)
Secondary · community capital
- KinLedger — committee loans when the circle funds
- SouRound — ROSCA / sou-sou books when rotating savings fits
Important — not the center of gravity. Community tools help; the simultaneous triple crisis needs the primary stack first.
How it weaves
Three-pronged solution · one intervention
Every product’s investor LPD carries this spine. Wage30 is prong 3 — the middle-class marketplace where people get services they need, learn what their lifestyle can afford (with seedsOS), access loans that end (TrueTerm), and find work for extra pay or real-time wages.
Customer
Posts jobs with photos & clear pricing; funds escrow; names a contact; rates work.
Servicer
Proposals with human name; change reasons; flat or hourly; paid from escrow release.
Investor
Purpose-known demand · trust rails · attach to credit · not vanity downloads.
Wage30 Services Marketplace
Time, tools, talent — money to the worker
People offer services at a fair price. We help with a contractor model and partnerships — liability insurance, business and accounting services — so hard-working people can build prosperity outside corporate structure. Escrow, named contacts, category checklists, photos, flat or hourly quotes. Fund with debit, ACH, cards, XRPL assets, or TrueTerm pay-in (3 / 4 / 6) when cash is tight.
Hire side · get it done
- Post with photos + flat or hourly ask
- Trades & place: HVAC, plumbing, handyman, movers, lawn, pest…
- Same / next day flexibility vs week-long corporate waitlists
- Escrow release · TrueTerm pay-in when needed
Earn side · $30+ dignity
- Job board · Needs action hub · human name on proposals
- KYC/KYB · credentials · insurance path with partners
- Business & accounting services so you can run a real shop
- $30+ pathways · guides · academy — not gig extraction alone
Customer benefit
Faster, flexible local help at a fair price. Transparent escrow. Optional TrueTerm so work happens now and debt still has a finish line — with Paid In Full Credit when you qualify.
Investor / partner (Wage30 silo)
Marketplace GMV and take-rate in a clear company box — while symbiotic attach to seedsOS (earning vs spending truth) and TrueTerm (purpose-known pay-in) improves liquidity and quality without forcing you to fund credit risk.
Three audiences · one story
See yourself in the intervention
If you need work done
Post the job. Share photos and the checklist. Name who will answer the door. Fund escrow so the pro knows the money is real. Use TrueTerm pay-in if you need the work now and cash later. Learn in seedsOS what your lifestyle can actually afford — so the next hire is planned, not panicked.
If you do the work
You are not a faceless pin on a map. Put your name on the proposal. Explain price changes. Offer HVAC, plumbing, handyman, movers, lawn, pest, and more — often same or next day — competing with multi-state corps that book weeks out at high rates. Contractor rails, insurance partnerships, and accounting support so you can build a real business. Escrow pay when the customer releases. Aim for $30+/hr dignity, not gig scrape.
If you fund Wage30 (marketplace silo)
You are funding marketplace GMV, take-rate, and trust — not required to fund a credit book. Still understand the stack: seedsOS shows earning vs spending holes; TrueTerm Clearask + completion rewards grow demand for real jobs and repair; Wage30 is the income prong so the intervention is multiplicative. Hedge against gig-drive pay compression as automation scales. Community tools (KinLedger / SouRound) are secondary.
Secondary · not the center
Community capital when the circle is the right answer
KinLedger (committee loans) and SouRound (ROSCA / sou-sou) matter for communities. They are supporting actors in this intervention story — tools for groups who already trust each other — while Wage30 + TrueTerm + seedsOS address the mass triple crisis.
KinLedger
Committee-funded loans · votes · amortization books · not company balance-sheet lending.
The standard
Do not be part of the problem
A former famous leader taught a simple test: to make the world a better place, ensure you are not part of the problem. Trap credit, opaque marketplaces, and “jobs” that vanish with the next autonomy wave — those are part of the problem. Wage30’s job is to be part of the intervention.
